Local honey sourced directly from the hive's on our farm. Raw, unfiltered and full of salutary properties. Local honey is known for it's high antioxidant properties, digestive support, combatting seasonal allergies and coughs, and natural sweetener.

 Compound butter or composed butter as the French call it, is simply softened butter mixed with sweet or savory ingredients, such as herbs, spices, garlic, citrus, or honey. 

• Rosemary & Garlic - Rosemary, garlic, sea salt.
• Nasturtium Herb Butter - Nasturtium flowers and leafs.
• Maitre d'Hotel (Master of the House) - Parlsey, lemon juice, dijon mustard, sea salt, smoked paprika.
• Cowboy Butter - dijon mustard, chives, parsley, thyme, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt,  cayenne pepper, crushed red pepper flakes. 
• Chanterelle Mushroom with garlic, shallots and thyme.

Our hens are fed a locally-sourced non-GMO feed along with rotational grazing practices. Fresh pastures makes for rich yolks fortified with nutrients such as vitamin D, beta-carotene, omega-3 fatty acids, and of course protein.
